Strategic goals for sustainable development:
For each investment that ensures 10 jobs, as well as rural development, the entire amount of obligations shall be converted into equity capital, and the municipal land that is used shall be converted into equity capital in the newly established enterprise;
Future investments shall be based on concession agreements: construction of trunk roads, exploitation of mineral, oligomineral and thermal waters, exploitation of stone, granite and fluorite;
The following investments have been planned: production of healthy food with geographic origin, construction of a hotel, rehabilitation center, development of picnic sites and tourist camps, production and processing of medicinal herbs, environmental protection through recycling and waste management, rural tourism development, as well as the enhancement of the exploitation of lime, clay and production of brick products;
Planned construction of processing facilities for agricultural and forest products and medicinal herbs, fruits, vegetables processing, etc.
