Construction of capital tourist facilities supported by the spatial Plan of Ljig, the zone for the Ibar trunk road;
The Belgrade – Uzice – Adriatic sea highway will improve and make the location more attractive for investments;
Ljig Spa (spring reservoirs at 850 m depth) one of 8 licensed Spas, where the Regulation development plan has allocated zones for the construction of apartments, hotels, bungalows, sports grounds, camps and rural tourism;
Investment projects for Ljig Spa: the construction of a total hotel complex, sports grounds, a 3-star apartment complex and the construction of a public spa bath;
The Regulation plan for Rajac Mountain is being developed to attract investments in rural tourism, recreational-educational and winter tourism facilities, and conference facilities.
