Lead and zinc production are in recession, as well as tobacco;
Available land that can be readily assigned for utilization;
The industrial zone, with a large number of plants offering possibilities for project implementation, requires funding. The industrial zone is situated along the M-19 trunk road, Zvornik – Bajina Basta, and along the border with the Republic of Srpska.
Within the industrial zone there are available capacities: warehousing space, workshop, business premises, as well as the workforce in a certain number of enterprises and farming cooperatives.
