POTENTIAL INVESTOR’S GENERAL INQUIRY |
The potential investor sends his general inquiry in the form of a letter with the logo of his company and send via email to the Regional Chamber of Commerce (office@rpk-valjevo.co.yu) with all contact information. A general inquiry is sent by an investor that has not yet made his decision on a specific investment, with the intention to get information on:
• Economic indicators
• Legal regulations
• Tax regulations
• Costs and quality of workforce
• Other operational costs, etc.

POTENTIAL INVESTOR’S SPECIFIC INQUIRY |
The potential investor who has already made his decision on a specific investment, sends his specific inquiry asking for a more detailed explanation related to a specific investment:
• Enterprise registration procedure
• Work and residential permits
• Intellectual property protection
• Specific requests regarding potential partners for business cooperation, etc.

OUR RESPONSE TO THE INQUIRY |
In the shortest possible time, the Regional Chamber of Commerce shall respond to such inquiry providing the requested information and explanation, and inform the potential investor in more detail about further stages of cooperation in the realization of the investment. |
SUPPLEMENTARY CONTACTS |
On the basis of the obtained data, the investor investigates the business environment prior to making a decision to invest, but can address the Regional Chamber of Commerce at any moment for more information or any sort of assistance. |
LETTER OF INTENT |
In case of a positive decision the investor sends the Regional Chamber of Commerce a Letter of Intent specifying the elements of the planned investment, such as the type of investment (e.g. Brown Field of Green Field) and planned volume of investment capital (summarizing production capacities, machinery, number of employees, infrastructure, etc.) At this stage the investor will be furnished with all the required specific information, such as:
• Location, lot and plants area;
• Lease fees, or purchasing costs for the land, plant, business premises;
• Infrastructure situation;
• Data on the local enterprises with which business cooperation would be established.

POTENTIAL INVESTOR’S VISIT |
The Regional Chamber of Commerce will organize a site visit for the investor to the targeted firm for investment, as well as visits to relevant institutions:
• Ministries and government agencies;
• Municipal bodies;
• Enterprises;
• Owners of the land, plants and business premises.
Such visits may be organized for the investor at every stage of the negotiation process, in order to facilitate successful cooperation and mutual satisfaction.
